Standard required documents include the transit order/shipping instruction, commercial or pro forma invoice, Bill of Lading (B/L), packing list, and product-specific certificates (phytosanitary, CITES, standard compliance, etc.). Upon file intake, we provide a customized document checklist tailored to your specific shipment.
As an indication, it generally takes between 2 and 5 days if the import documentation is received one week prior to the arrival of the goods.
Our fees are determined per operation in accordance with the official DGD (Directorate General of Customs) rate scale. We provide a detailed, free quote upfront before initiating any work.
No. Every expense is clearly itemized in our quote: service fees, estimated duties and taxes, transit bonds, transport costs, and related logistics services. You benefit from complete financial clarity and transparency before making any commitment.
Customs duties and taxes must be settled upon validation of the customs declaration. Please note that POLY-SERVICES does not advance regulatory fees.
Customs and port authorities mandate prior payment of applicable duties, taxes, and guarantees. The client is required to settle these payments with authorized organizations.
